Why did you choose to buy a J Boat?
They are very high-quality boats.
What other kinds of boats did you consider before buying this particular model (and how did they compare)?
I also considered Sabre yachts.
How did you come to find/locate her before purchasing (and what’s the boat’s history if you know it)?
Fred de Napoli actually found her for me.
What features/improvements have you added or do you plan to add?
Installed new sails.
What are the features you like most about your boat?
She’s very fast, but also very comfortable.
Who first introduced you to boating/sailing?
My parents.
Do you belong to a yacht club or other boating/sailing organizations?
I have been a member of Boston Yacht Club since 1997.
What boats have you previously owned?
She’s my first.
How do you typically use your boat over the summer, and where do you go?
I like to travel to the cape and cruse.
What is the biggest challenge you have in servicing your boat?
Finding help from my family.
